Every monthly newsletter we like to bring our host family community together by showcasing a special host family. This month we are excited to introduce one of our long time families, Dana and Vincent Schmidt.

Dana and Vincent have enjoyed hosting international students in the past. They lead active lives with their three teenage sons and three dogs. Vincent is the Superintendent of all the Catholic schools in West Virginia.  Dana loves teaching developmental psychology at West Liberty University. All three sons are active in the community and at home.

Their spacious home is nestled on a hill in West Virginia where they enjoy spending time outdoors on their 4-wheelers and bikes. They also enjoy traveling to nearby Pittsburgh to attend cultural events, plays, and explore the Carnegie Science Center. Their favorite summer activities are spending time in their pool and vacationing at the beach in Michigan.

Twinn Palms is grateful to our host families and the love and support they provide to our students. We love our community of families.
