Program Management
Twinn Palms manages all aspects of the homestay program to provide a streamlined experience, this includes:
- VISA documentation, insurance, and financials
- Orientation and training for hosts and students
- Monthly reporting and monitoring of hosts and students
- Communication and conflict resolution as needed
- Incoming and outgoing student transportation needs

Offering Winter and Summer programs designed to strengthen academic and social skills through interactive courses and weekend field trips.

Offers tutoring and takes students on college and university tours around the country.
Host Support
Twinn Palms provides host families with a Homestay Coordinator who maintains a close relationship with the host family and student.
Homestay Coordinators arrange monthly visits with the host family and student, cultural adjustment workshops, one-on-one tutoring, and crisis management, among many other services.
