This month we are proud to honor Denise Foster as our Coordinator of the Month. Denise has been with Twinn Palms for the past two and a half years and in that time she has done an amazing job at ensuring her host families and students feel supported and accepted members of their society. We are lucky and grateful to have such a talented person on our team. Congratulations Denise!

What have you learned as a Homestay Coordinator with Twinn Palms?

I have learned that, at the end of the day these are still kids that want to be accepted and succeed.

What was your favorite moment with your students?

When they receive their diploma, and they are SO happy!

What do you recommend as the number one “must have” for a host family?

To be a great host family, you have to always keep an open mind.
