Short Term Month 1

Question 1. How was your student’s arrival and pick-up experience? Include anything related to flight timing, luggage, who was at pick-up, was the student excited? Did you stop anywhere on the way home?*

Question 2. Has your student unpacked and settled in? Please describe the first couple days with the student. School set up, orienting in home, area, any connecting time over a meal, sightseeing, games, outings, etc?*

Question 3. Has your student activated any local number or data and has access to funds? If they need help setting this up, please let your Coordinator know. If your student has a local number please share here:*

Question 4. What is something that you plan to share with your student while they are here? This can be anything from a meal, a sight, experience, tradition, etc.*

Question 5. What is something you’d like to learn from your student while they are here?*

Question 6. Are you familiar with your student’s school and activity that the school plans for the short term student program? If so, is your student aware of that schedule and have you reviewed it together to coordinate any needed rides? Please contact your coordinator if you don’t have this yet.*

Question 7. Do you have any concerns related to your student at this time? Anything related to your student’s physical or mental well-being? Please describe if your student’s communication, engagement and overall mood so far.*

Question 8. Have there been any damages to your home in additional to regular wear and tear that you need to report?*
