May Homestay Report

Question 1. With the year end approaching, please share some highlights from your student’s stay with you/your family. Any fun or special memory, any ah-ha moment your student had, a funny experience, a cultural exchange, etc.*

Question 2. Do you intend on hosting again next school year? If so, are you able and willing to host your current student(s) again? If no, please give a brief description.*

Question 3. Please describe what you and your student have agreed upon for year end wrap up when it comes to their departure, flight home, summer stay, and/or storage until their return to your home next year.  (Storage is for returning students. Detail the allowed # of boxes or suitcases with student items and where it is agreeable to keep it). Please list any other year end errands that need to be facilitated for your student to have a smooth return home?*

Question 4. If you host a senior, it is important to celebrate. What graduation plans does your student have with school, friends and with you? Are you aware if student's parents plan to visit and be there for graduation? If yes, what are the plans you've made with your student about this?*

Question 5. How are you supporting your student in his/hers final month/weeks at school during exams and other year-end activities?*

Question 1. Has your student been sick or had any health concerns this month? if yes, please describe in detail.*

Questions 2. What , if any, days was your student absent or tardy in the past month? Please detail the date and reasons and include any actions taken by you or the Coordinator.*

Question 1. Does your student have any end of the year exams and or projects that are of concern to your student and/or you? If yes, which subject? What class(es) does your student have the lowest grade in and should be bringing up? Any D’s or F’s?*

Question 2. Please describe how your student is preparing for their finals. Is there extra support needed that your Coordinator can help facilitate between the student and the school?*

Question 3. Are you aware of any assignments or reading material your student needs to complete over summer break? Please list here.*

Question 4. Have you talked to your student to see what items (library books, school laptops, sports uniforms, textbooks, etc) need to be returned to the school before the end of the year? Please let us know which you are aware of so that your Coordinator can also remind your student as needed.*
