March Homestay Report

Question 1. When is your student’s Spring Break and describe what plans your student may have made or any suggestions you make for your student. Is there any activity or outing during this time you will facilitate for your student during his/her break?*

Question 2. Is your student traveling away for Spring break? If yes, have you communicated this and confirmed trip approval with your Coordinator? Please share flight and airport transport details below.*

Question 3. Please describe how your student is doing with their communication with you/your family. Are they open in sharing what is going on with their school and social life? Do they ask for help? Please describe communication strengths and areas of growth.*

Question 4. Please share a positive moment you’ve shared with your student. This could be something small, like a conversation during car rides, going out for coffee, laughing over something, or watching a TV show together. This could be learning about shared common interests, a kind gesture shown by your student, or a follow through your student had to something you asked for them to do.*

Question 5. Does your student spend time with friends or get involved in outside activities on the weekends? If so, how do you handle the transportation?*

Question 2. What is available to your student for extra academic support at the school? Does your student know how to and or does he/she get extra support from teachers, peer tutors, or any other resources the school offers?*

Question 3. Are there any major exams coming up related to PSAT/SAT, standardized testing or other course exams in which your student is preparing for? If so, please share those below.*

Question 4. If you host a senior, are there any updates on their college application process? Please share details related to any schools your student would like to attend, any acceptances they might have received, any university visits that may be planned, college counselor visits, personal statements they are getting feedback on, etc.*
